“was all very straightforward, (i) looked on the website, (ii) phoned to make an order - I telephoned rather than order on-line as I wanted to ask a question about transferring my number, (iii) they answered my questions, made the order and new phone arrived next morning, (iv) up and running shortly after. The delivery was also very good as texts were sent to keep me informed and then a tracking number for me to follow the van, even with the driver's photo!”

“I found the phone and contract that suited me quickly and easily. It was ordered in time for delivery the following day, and I was allowed to change delivery options "in-flight" which really helped. The phone (which is a refurbished item) arrived in plain packaging with minimal accessories (a charger was included), but this is fine as I am sticking with the same manufacturer so can swap the things between my old and new phones. Switch on, insert sim and go - what's not to like?”
