I've used e2save previously as I find their deals very competitive. On this occasion I purchased a refurbished iPhone 5S on contract for £12.50 per month. The phone is as new, even stamped new on the generic packaging. The only negative is that e2save are advertising £10 off any handset, even though my purchase was £30 I couldn't get the £10 voucher to be accepted.

Placed order for hTC10 and was delivered on time as promised. The handset is a brand new packed piece so as expected again. All Good. Happy with order placement related service. Contacting E2Save is however a nightmare! Now after becoming a customer I wanted to setup my account and the account for some reason got locked. There is no one to pickup and answer phone at customer service (?) even after 15 min. Under Help > Touch base section there are supposed to be two links "Drop us a line" and "Drop us an email" and there isn't any!

Good Deals, But the Website was very slow and crashed on chrome a few times when ordering. Quick dellivery.

I love my new phone but have not yet got my free gift (xbox one) so il have to wait and see how true that offer was as thats the offer i asked for and there is no way of tracking that part or havent got a email about it so be nice to see how true that part was

E2Save performed in accordance with the contract. Mobile network "welcome" email not received - maybe that would have prevented ongoing issues.

My Blackberry arrived very quickly, but follow up service, although very polite and friendly a. gave me wrong advice regarding my PAC code b. Seemed to lose interest once I had bought the phone, so set up etc was a challenge. c. very keen to bill me for a month before I've had the phone/contract for a month! d. Customer service is non existent - they dont answer their phone, always sending you back to the web site that did not have an answer to my query! I'll reserve judgment until I've been with E2save for a few months - to date I'm not impressed

I received an unexpected phone call telling me I could have a new phone, it sounded like a good deal I could keep my old number, and as I was already an EE customer It should have been straightforward. My new phone a samsung galaxy arrived the next day as promised it is a great phone, or should I say it would be if I could actually use it. I have now been in receipt of this phone for 12 days and my number has still not been transferred accross to my new phone. My old phone a Nokia lumina lost service within 24 hours of the original phone call so why does it take so long to transfer it to the new phone. I spoke to someone last Thursday on the number on the delivery note they are apparently sorting it out but again it will take 5 days from that phone call.

The phone and service of ordering was fantastic especially the great deal I received for the contract. However delivery was a nightmare. The delivery guy didn't attempt the first day when he claimed he did after waiting in all day, the next day day he was asked to leave with a neighbour as we were both at work to which we came home to a calling card knowing our neighbour was happy to receive it and then we rearranged it again, after not receiving a text in the morning we rang them to ask what time t would arrive to be told that it wasn't being delivered as there had already been two attempts. Firstly if we had not rang we would have not known as we had the email confirming it would be delivered and then to top it all off we had to go pick it up ourselves a one hour 15 round trip because it hadn't gone out to delivery. Great deals and easy ordering but unless you have days to take off at work for delivery It is quite difficult will the delivery company!

Very impressed with delivery. However, I've been advised by Vodafone that nano sim is faulty and I have to go into a store to get sim activated. Have been unable to do a sim swap

It was all too fast and I didn't realise the indications of buying iPhone through a operator I actually wouldn't do it again I will go straight to carphone warehouse and actually speak to somebody about it

The product was value for money and arrived quickly...but trying to get in touch with a telephone enquiry is hard! A 45 minute wait on hold (time out of my day) and at 13p a minute! ....that's poor customer service. Now I'm signed up for 24months I just hope that I never have to call.

The waiting time for someone to answer is very poor. When you go to car phone warehouse it's very difficult for phones to be returned even thou you advertise as car phone warehouse. This will do damage to car phone warehouse if not sorted

trying to use pac number and keep old mobile number impossible one company blaming the other getting no where, gave up in the end and had new number after 12 days hopeless, not e2save fault but was told after e2save is part of carphonewarehouse and they were part of the problem
