trying to use pac number and keep old mobile number impossible one company blaming the other getting no where, gave up in the end and had new number after 12 days hopeless, not e2save fault but was told after e2save is part of carphonewarehouse and they were part of the problem

I did not know I was buying from you as you said or I understood you were carphone warehouse! It was only when I had a question about the phone I popped into a shop and they informed me. Very misleading.

The prices are competitive but one member of staff gave me the wrong information (I assume they are new in the role) which caused complete confusion. I have had to make more that one call to E2Save so the service has not been very efficient at all.

Ordered 2 phones in 2 orders. Got text messages and emails saying there was an issue with my payment with one order and telling me to call a premium rate number. Called e2save customer service and they said there was no issue with payment and that both orders are OK. So was told to call pointlessly.

Ordered was delayed as out of dtock, despite website stating available. Customer service line was very helpful, but had to phone three times due to total lack of communication from company about my phone (didn't even tell me it was delayed, I found this out when I phoned customer service after the phone didn't show up on due day). Phone, when arrived, was in excellent condition though, and definitely the cheapest deal around. Just a bit of a struggle to actually get.

All went smoothly Untill I received a faulty iphone6 I called them about it and they were very helpful saying Somone will collect it the next day and I would get a text... That text never came but the corior did when I was not at home, I am now going to replace it via the apple shop.

The phone arrived very promptly, the day after I agreed to take on the contract. I sorted the SIM out at a Carphone Warehouse on Saturday afternoon but had to pay to have my contacts transferred. And now the next Tuesday, I am still using my old phone as the new one still has not connected. Cool!!

Ordered phone on a Thursday afternoon for next day delivery but web site failed to record credit card security code. Had option to go onto web and correct this, it still failed to record it correctly. Eventually had to phone on Friday morning to get it fixed. Said they would try and deliver on the Saturday but this also failed. With it being a bank holiday on the Monday it was the Tuesday before I eventually received phone. I had ordered through topcashback and there was also a £10 voucher plus cashback on offer if purchasing a phone with a contract, for some reason the £10 was not deducted.

I found this company a pleasure to deal with, things was clear even down to delivery slots. I've now had 4 phones from this company. If anyone ever needed a trusting company I would strongly recommend them.

Well! After ordering 2 phones earlier this month & these were for 2 81 year olds I assumed that instruction would accompany items. yesterday I was informed by friends that I would need to set an account which I assumed would be done when ordering having given my bank details plus the fact that my wife was informed on her phone now had accumulated a charge of £10.01 whereas The package I ordered was for £7.50/month. Upon trying set up an account my email address was not recognised so here I am not being able to setup an account, so I say please HELP

All good except delivery agent did have their 'local' depot 40 miles from me and they refuse to leave in a safe place which was very inconvenient.

There is no doubt that the price and tariffs etc are very good, but the customer service once you have committed to buy is zero. Despite being assured the delivery arrangements allowed you to opt for it being 'left in a safe place' this did not materialise. On last contract queries on the cash back only resolved through the Charles dunstone complaints website. As I say I have taken another contract on the basis of price but customer care really is non existant

1) The deal was quite a good deal. 2) It is a shame that the refurbished S5 didn't come with the ear phones and manual. 3) E2Save raised the invoice for 6/4/15 and advised O2 of that date which caused a problem as O2 made the start date of the contract 6/4/15, Easter Monday, and the phone could not and did not arrive until 7/4/15 the Tuesday because of the holiday on the Monday. O2 then charged me for an extra day, the Monday 6/4/15, when I did not have the phone. After sometime in discussion with them they relented and have given me a refund for next month's payment for that day, 6/4/15. They told me that it was my phone/contract suppliers' fault, i.e. you, and not theirs and that I should refer the matter to you. I pointed out to them quite strongly that the contract could not start until I had the SIM and that did not occur until around 1225pm on 7/4/15. I believe E2Save should make sure in future that for any contract that starts after a Bank Holiday the Network Provider is properly aware of the accurate start date!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
