I was promised a Samsung S4 mini with 4G which I never received the 4G connection? Even having ringing E2 save they said they would listen to the phone calls to make sure I was offered 4G but they didn't even get back to me a very poor service.

E2Save let me down on this occasion. Purchased another phone from them a month or so ago and that delivery went fine. On this occasion the phone was delivered 3 days late (and after my old contract had ended), despite me chasing Customer Services on at least 3 separate occasions. Number has yet to be ported. Very unhappy with the poor service on this occasion and will have to think carefully about using their service again in future.

i am saying poor because i got the fone but not free gift and still no free gift one person told me it would come next day the next person said it has not even been sent im not happy at all haveing to wait in all day for nothing ref/78339288

I ordered an I phone 4s with a free I pad mini! Phone came promptly but I'm still waiting for the I pad! Trying to find out which company had even taken the order was a joke! I was under the impression it was car phone warehouse, turns out it was e2save! The first order didn't have an order number so after going into car phone warehouse store the manager called e2save! He got them to re send order and they promised I'd have delivery date by today Thursday! I just phone and the I pad is out of stock until maybe Friday or Monday! I needed the I pad for Christmas and it's only a week away! Feeling doubtful and will never ever upgrade on the phone or internet again!!!!!!

after nearly a week had to telephone up only to find out the gift with the mobile wasn't even ordered and still no emails or messages to say its being delivered will give it 10 days then send contract phone back as agreement as been broke

I bought Samsung galaxy s5 only phone came in the first pack and after I called you send me the charger but I am still waiting for my head phone .before you send a product at least you can check it.

If you order is a clearance or refurbished handset from us then we cannot guarantee any accessories to be sent with the phone apart from the charger. Phone appears ok but it would be nice to be able to use it. Was told my new sim would be activated up to 48hrs of the phone being delivered. 4 days down the line still not activated!

I have had a lot of trouble with this upgrade. initially I was spoken to by a young man who offered me by far the worst deal, I then got a call from someone else who gave me a better deal and told me to phone customer support to tell them that the only order I wanted processing was the deal she had put through. I had explained I would be on holiday (out of the country) when the upgrade was to take place and that I wouldn't be back until 1st Dec. She said that was fine, subsequently when I phoned customer support I was advised to cancel all orders so that I would have the use of my phone throughout my holiday and to phone when I got back to process a new order. So I did........whilst on holiday I got a message on 28 nov saying that my new phone was being delivered the following day, a phone I wasn't expecting as as far as I was concerned all orders had been cancelled. I t was delivered to a diff address as I was still away. upon receipt of the phone it was faulty, I accepted the order as it was the phone I wanted but then spent 40 mins on hold to customer services to register it as faulty and to say that if it was sent back I needed a sim adapter as my new sim will not fit in my old phone. I was told to go to my local carphone warehouse where they would give me one for free only to do this and be told no they wouldn't and I shouldn't have been told this. As you can imagine I am far from happy with this service and will not be upgrading through yourselves again. kind regards clare streets

Ordered a phone as a birthday gift for delivery a week before the required date. Phone did not arrive. I did get an email to say there was a delay because of an unspecified issue. I attempted to email back to ask if the issue was the particular colour and if so I was prepared to accept a different colour. However that message ( and several others came back undeliverable). I have been unable to determine when the phone is available, but my account has been debited and I have been asked to evaluate the product. It is now 2 days after the birthday in question and I had to go and buy another gift. I have asked to cancel the person's existing contract and I am left with no details from this Company. It really is bad service and having this much trouble before the contract even begins does not bode well . I wish I bad read the reviews of this company before I placed the order and provided the PAC code to them.

i was told by the salesman my phone would be delivered on Friday so missed my work at a cost of £45 waited in all day no delivery thought it would come Saturday didn't turn up so I am out of pocket with short wages and paying for a phone and tariff without the product pretty annoyed at the poor customer service

Perfect service but can't use the 'phone (Nokia Lumia 530 black)! It should come with a memory card and a MICRO-SIM, but all it has is an ordinary-size SIM which is much too big for the SIM-1 slot. If you can sort this out I shall be most grateful, and will give you a better star rating!

Hello Ronald, Thank you for your review. The handset you’ve ordered doesn’t come with a memory card this is something you would have to purchase separately. With regards to the simcard size, we have sent you a combination sim which is a standard sized simcard with a micro sim within it. You can gently remove the micro sim and use this with your handset. I ordered 3phones and nothing came because they have a policy only 2phones for a costumer in 3 month and than I get the hole time cancelation messages They should send me at least 2 so me and my wife should can have a spare phone

If you’ve taken out a new contract and you had an existing mobile number on the same network you would need to give 30 days notice to the network for the original number and request for it to be transferred over to the new contract. Wanted to send my handset back the got who sold me the phone said I would be able to before 14 days it's less then 14 days old phone to get it sent back and they said no as handset has been used but I didn't even activate sim as got told me not to

The ordering process was fine, the price was good and the item was delivered promptly. However I didn't receive the pre-paid SIM card that I paid for (it turns out O2 no longer offer the SIM that E2Save was selling) and speaking to E2Save's customer service wasn't much help (wait in a queue, then get brushed off and passed over to an O2 queue, and then the line just hung up), and their email customer service was even worse, taking days to get a response and I'm still waiting on the follow-up. In this time though I was able to use O2's live-chat and they have sorted out the SIM card and credited me the money I lost, so in the end I got what I paid for, it just wasn't as smooth sailing as it should have been.
