I was happy with the service at the beginning ,the iPhone arrived with in a week but then when I put the SIM card into the iPhone it said no signal this went on for 2 days, so I called vodaphone to be told the sim card phone number wasn't a number! I called e2save customer services the man was very helpful and apologised for this , but I then had to wait another 10days for a new SIM card. This phone also came with a free gift which I still have NOT received.

Hello Kim, Thank you for your review. I tried to call you today however you were unavailable. Sometimes connections don’t always go through correctly with the network and we have to re-process and send out a replacement simcard. I apologise you had to wait for the replacement to be received. the phone I got samsung galaxt ace 2 seems fine but the impression you get that its is EE(orange) thats calling you seems to be on there behalf first of all phones ordered delivery next day then it was changed to 5 days later supposedly because we requested this no but the arrived next day also had more phones in depot for 5 days later then it took 5 days and several phones call to EE why are they using thrida party for upgrades

We’re unable to process an upgrade order unless it’s been authorised by your network provider beforehand and I want to assure you that the contract you agreed will now be active with your network. Our outbound sales calls are regularly monitored to ensure we are advising customers the correct information and giving all the advice they need to make a decision on their order. My phone order was not processed in a timely and took 2 days to respond to my e mail. A week on and have yet to receive the free gifts, which should have followed the phone 2 days later. Good deal but service is lacklustre

Having had time to reflect I don't understand why my first order had to be cancelled and I had to go through two credit check/applications in 2 days. Why the delivery address of my initial order couldn't be amended is baffling. It was also disappointing that the delivery expectation I was given wasn't met. I cancelled the second order on the phone the 12th. I am concerned of the effects on my credit file of two applications in two days as this can give the impression of fraud or financial difficulty.

Supposed to be a phone and tablet combination. They don't mention at time tablet out of stock. No indication when will arrive either. I'm looking at sending it back and going to high street and get same deal or better straight away. NOT HAPPY

The phone arrived very promptly as promised,however, nearly 3 weeks later and I am still awaiting my iPad mini. I have called 4 times and have been given the same response that it will be with me in 1-3 days as it comes from another company. Sorry I am dealing with E2save mobiles so it is to you I come with my complaint.

When I ordered this product it was for 250mins, 5,000 text & 500mb of data. After putting the sim card in it says I have only 100 mins, 5,000 text & 250mb of data. Can you explain this?

I orderd a new contract through e2 that included a free gift . The phone arrived but no gift .it then says that the gift will be dispatched upto 7 working days after.although in the ordering process is doesn't say this . I decided to ring them but no where on the receipt from them is a customer services number.it just says to use the internet

Poor and disappointed in your business ordered phone with xbox1 deal phone arrived however some 10 days later haven't heard from anybody with regards to when I'm getting it I've spoken to a lady tday from your company who assured me she was contacting who was supplying xbox and assured me she'd call back tday and again no correspondence back or email nothing so I'm going to cancel the order and sending phone back as only took it as with xbox deal would rather have had that really disappointed bout this regards mrs Reid I would appreciate an address to which I can return phone

Made online order. Supplied contact details including email and alternate phone contact numbers. There was an issue with the delivery address which was not apparent until I looked to see why the estimated delivery date had not been met. I sent two messages to their ContactUS mail box and had no response to either. I finally found a number I could call directly fortheir customer services and was told that the delivery addresswas invalid. I was then put through to the Customer Services who arranged for the phone to be delivered on the Monday i.e the next available delivery date. The person was helpful but offfered no explanation or apologiy for their company not getting in touch with me to resolve the delivery address issue which they were completely aware of. Disgustingly poor service. Basically they had my money and didn't want to expend energy or resources upon someone who was not going to show any profit above what they already had. If I had not managed to get ion touch with them how long would I have waited for a response to their ContactUS messages or to resolve an issue of whic they were very much aware and obviously wasn't a priority for them. Following my conact by phone I received a response to the ContactUS messages that afternoon along with confirmation that my earlier phone call had resolvedthe issue and the phone was scheduled for delivery. Very convenient. Reviews online before I went ahead withthe deal said their customer service was poor. I'd back that up from my experince. Also the initail Help desk person I spoke to was rude and off hand or just ignorant of how to speak to customers. I hope the call was recorded b=perhapos they can benefit from it in their training which they can do whilst the are not resolving order status issues.

After agreeing a new phone. It could not be sent to an alternate contact address. Very disappointing. It was agreed to be sent to a carphone warehouse shop. However upon recovering the confirmation I discovered that it had been sent to the wrong shop and I could find no way to change this. This caused me a 50mile round trip to my own expense. Very very dissappointed with this error. I won't be upgrading again over a phone. It seems for a proper service you need to go into a shop and deal with face to face people.

I received my order the following day 21st October. I am still waiting for my gift wich has yet to arrive it is now 31st october. For the second time now I have told that I must wait 72 working hours for it to arrive which will be next tuesday (4th november). By then my 14 days grace will of elapsed therefore I will not be able to cancel my contract. Ive already received my bill for my new tariff. Which comes out on the 10th november. If I dont receive my promised gift before or on (4th) tuesday, I will be contacting trading standards.

Website was difficult to navigate, options to find best offers were limited and not appropriate. Due to connection issues I was advised to go to a Carphone Warehouse store to arrange a return, however they were totally unable to help and the sales assistant spent most of his time bad-mouthing e2save despite the two businesses effectively being the same company. Very difficult to contact with poor communication options.

I ordered my phone for priority delivery by 1000am but did not receive the package until 1130hrs. I paid the extra for delivery as I had an important appointment which I then had to cancel.

Online purchase so all pretty normal, however the courier used sent someone who rang the bell for far too long, which annoyed me before opening the door and then he didn't listen when he asked my name and I had to repeat myself so the arrival of my new phone was ruined by bad customer service from the courier.

I WAS PHONED BY YOUR OPERATIVE ON A SATURDAY LEADING ME TO BELIEVE THEY WERE FROM ORANGE THIS I FIND IS NOT TRUE AND YOU ARE CARPHONE WAREHOUSE.AT NO POINT DID YOUR OPERASTIVE SAY I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT 4 DAYS UNTI THE SIM WOULD BE ACTIVATED AND TO CAP IT ALL YOU DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. I GAVE YOUR OPERATIVE MY SISTERS ADDRESS BUT YOU DELIVERED TO MY HOME. SOMEONE PUT THEIR DAY ON HOLD FOR NOTHING REALLY. NOT HAPPY AND WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING YOU TO ANYONE AND IN FUTURE I WILL MAKE SURE WHO IAM TALKING TO! AT THE END OF THIS CONTRACT I WILL NOT BE RENEWING WITH YOU. LETS HOPE THE SERVICE IMPROVES!
