Avoid at any cost! Customer service horrible shouting at me and disconnect when they don't know how to help. Sending phones and sim card without activation. You have to wait 48 hours which is not true. Please avoid!

I haven't receive the phone yet as I was waiting for the delivery on the 19tg and it never came u rang your self's and you said you didn't no why it had be requested to be send back to your self's and this would take 3-5 working days to sort out I was told to give your you another ring on Tuesday to see if there was any update of why it's been requested back to your self's

i wish you all look carefully your device that they have delivered a refurbished European version device instead of of what you may have ordered a brand new UK version. ordered this A71 Brand new UK version with pay monthly line rental and what they delivered is refurbished device seems to be used one with broken company seal and original packaging, arranged for exchange and requested to send me what i ordered the brand new UK version and its unbelievable, they sent me the same, what a crape customer service, i had to arrange it return it again and see what they will send me now..
