I was just disappointed to the fact that the assistant at 'Carphone Warehouse' told me that the phone is NOT brand new from the box and has been bought before by a customer and has been handed back in to your company. I was NOT told this over the phone by yourself. Your words were that it is a 'BRAND NEW PHONE' and has NOT been used by anyone? I even asked you a few times that this phone is brand new , and you said yes. Can you please explain this, as I am extremely angry about the false information you have provided to me. Also i have been advised to ring head office about this as I am sure all the phone conversations have been recorded, but would rather discuss it with you before I decide to take this further. If you wish to contact me then it will be after half 5, but you can email me back for now. Also when do I get this 50 pound cash back?
