I received an unexpected phone call telling me I could have a new phone, it sounded like a good deal I could keep my old number, and as I was already an EE customer It should have been straightforward. My new phone a samsung galaxy arrived the next day as promised it is a great phone, or should I say it would be if I could actually use it. I have now been in receipt of this phone for 12 days and my number has still not been transferred accross to my new phone.
My old phone a Nokia lumina lost service within 24 hours of the original phone call so why does it take so long to transfer it to the new phone. I spoke to someone last Thursday on the number on the delivery note they are apparently sorting it out but again it will take 5 days from that phone call.
