I ordered a phone on a two year O2 contract and got told that they couldn't send it to me as they had run out and that they'd get back to me within 7 days. After 9 days of waiting, I got in touch with them and got told they'd had a system failure. Within this time I had to still use my old phone, which orange are now going to charge me for even though I only used it a week over the billing date. So thanks e2save, saved loads of money
