Quite fast in responding when there is an error. Very careful in delivery the order and security check.
After my order there no confirmation email was sent though it says at the end of the order promised there would be an email.
Also, no email from VIP gadget helpline, make it hard for me to want to cancel because no ref number. This should be make optional like the phone-care insurance, so the buyer has the option to choose and not waste time in cancel after the order is received.
