I orderd a new contract through e2 that included a free gift .
The phone arrived but no gift .it then says that the gift will be dispatched upto 7 working days after.although in the ordering process is doesn't say this .
I decided to ring them but no where on the receipt from them is a customer services number.it just says to use the internet
