I purchased the new iphone 6 just over a week ago and paid £99 for the phone. The phone came very quick however I hVe not been able to use the phone as the SIM card does not work. Contacted e2save last Wednesday (the phone call cost me £3.30) I was advised that the SIM card didn't work and they would need to send me new one. I was then advised that I would receive this last Friday on today, lastest. Safe to say I have still not received the SIM card and cannot do anything with the phone which is pretty poor as I have paid £99 for the phone. I asked if I would be reimbursed in any way and I was told I would receive a check for £28....this will take 6 weeks however. E2save seem to have some really good deals but the service is very poor. If my SIM card does not come tomorrow I will no doubt have to call again (at 30p per minute from your mobile).
