Ordered a phone as a birthday gift for delivery a week before the required date. Phone did not arrive. I did get an email to say there was a delay because of an unspecified issue. I attempted to email back to ask if the issue was the particular colour and if so I was prepared to accept a different colour. However that message ( and several others came back undeliverable). I have been unable to determine when the phone is available, but my account has been debited and I have been asked to evaluate the product. It is now 2 days after the birthday in question and I had to go and buy another gift. I have asked to cancel the person's existing contract and I am left with no details from this Company. It really is bad service and having this much trouble before the contract even begins does not bode well . I wish I bad read the reviews of this company before I placed the order and provided the PAC code to them.
