I have had a lot of trouble with this upgrade. initially I was spoken to by a young man who offered me by far the worst deal, I then got a call from someone else who gave me a better deal and told me to phone customer support to tell them that the only order I wanted processing was the deal she had put through. I had explained I would be on holiday (out of the country) when the upgrade was to take place and that I wouldn't be back until 1st Dec. She said that was fine, subsequently when I phoned customer support I was advised to cancel all orders so that I would have the use of my phone throughout my holiday and to phone when I got back to process a new order. So I did........whilst on holiday I got a message on 28 nov saying that my new phone was being delivered the following day, a phone I wasn't expecting as as far as I was concerned all orders had been cancelled. I t was delivered to a diff address as I was still away. upon receipt of the phone it was faulty, I accepted the order as it was the phone I wanted but then spent 40 mins on hold to customer services to register it as faulty and to say that if it was sent back I needed a sim adapter as my new sim will not fit in my old phone. I was told to go to my local carphone warehouse where they would give me one for free only to do this and be told no they wouldn't and I shouldn't have been told this. As you can imagine I am far from happy with this service and will not be upgrading through yourselves again. kind regards clare streets
