After initial phone contact the phone was out of stock so had to wait approx month before it arrived. I was told as a loyal customer I would receive a free tablet, this has never arrived, the person I spoke to and who I agreed the upgrade with was calle Sara.
I will never upgrade this way again and in future will go into the shop instead.
