The product itself is excellent, however after selling me an upgrade for two phones only one was sent out. For days I left message after message and asked for a call back but never got a response. Eventually I spoke with someone who attempted to resolve the matter. Instead, they almost performed a needless credit search, potentially impacting my credit file. Thankfully a helpful person stopped this going ahead and arranged for my additional handset to be sent. I thought this had resolved the matter and brought my frustration to an end. It then transpired that they had cut off the old SIM card leaving my wife without acess to outgoing calls until the following afternoon when the new phone arrived, four days late. Thanks for the upgrade, excellent price and deal, just poor service.
