Buying the BlackBerry Classic was a big mistake on my part. I admit to not being very good with hi-tech and this is DEFINITELY the wrong phone for me. It is difficult to use, has TINY keys and a small screen which doesn't seem to respond easily to my thumb/fingers. Plus, I am sure that there is something wrong with it technically, the END CALL facility doesn't work. This means that I am going to have to go into a shop in town to see if I can get it sorted out, which I am not looking forward to. I dread going into mobile phone shops, which is the reason I shopped online in the first place. Also the refund policy operated by e2save is very harsh, you can't get any refund once you've inserted the Simcard and used the phone, but how many people will want a refund before doing that?!
So in conclusion I would say that this has been a very bad buy on my part. And yes, I KNOW, I should have read the small print more carefully beforehand so I am to some extent the author of my own misfortune. We live and learn as they say. And my negative experiences with e2save have most certainly been a learning experience.
