1) The deal was quite a good deal. 2) It is a shame that the refurbished S5 didn't come with the ear phones and manual. 3) E2Save raised the invoice for 6/4/15 and advised O2 of that date which caused a problem as O2 made the start date of the contract 6/4/15, Easter Monday, and the phone could not and did not arrive until 7/4/15 the Tuesday because of the holiday on the Monday. O2 then charged me for an extra day, the Monday 6/4/15, when I did not have the phone. After sometime in discussion with them they relented and have given me a refund for next month's payment for that day, 6/4/15. They told me that it was my phone/contract suppliers' fault, i.e. you, and not theirs and that I should refer the matter to you. I pointed out to them quite strongly that the contract could not start until I had the SIM and that did not occur until around 1225pm on 7/4/15. I believe E2Save should make sure in future that for any contract that starts after a Bank Holiday the Network Provider is properly aware of the accurate start date!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
