You contacted me to offer me an updated contract and new mobile phone. You actually told me you were from EE, which was my current provider. At no time did you tell me that you were not EE. I had no reason not to accept your offer, thinking that you were my current provider. You then sent me a phone that had been out of service by EE for at least 7 months. Once I realised you were not EE and I did not wish to accept your offer and contract, I contacted you and sent the mobile back to you. I have now been without a working phone for 3 days and I have no idea what will happen next. I am going to report your service to Trading Standards as you are working fraudulently and you have left me in a great deal of mess to sort out.
