Don't bother. Brought a new phone and sim card did not work. Had to go to vodafone shop to buy a new sim card

Upgraded my phone asked to keep the number but instead they set up a new account. Took 3 days to get old number back. Lost thousands from customers who couldn't contact me

I got a good deal on a refinished iPhone 5s. Dealing with customer services is fine they are very helpful. The reason for the poor review is that I have had 2 handsets in a row that have been faulty. I am currently waiting on te third. I have had no problem getting an exchange but it is frustrating when they claim they are extensively tested.

I have recently bought an Iphone 6 (refurbished phone) from E2save. It worked for one day and then would not work. It became dead fro 2 days and I phoned Customer Services on Saturday. They apologised and said it would be picked up on Monday and that I would get another one by Wednesday. It has still not been picked up even after calling them so many time and they telling me that it will be picked up today(Tuesday). I phoned at 5pm today and they said that it will be picked up tomorrow(Wednesday). I am without a phone and all my contacts are on my phone. I will not get a new phone by next week, they said. In the first place when E2save give out phones, are they not checked properly? I am not willing to pay a full month's tariff and am really mad at the way they have handled this thing.

With regards to the review you’ve left, iPhone’s no longer come with a paper manual and these can be downloaded as a PDF using your phone. All you’ll need to do is google ‘user manual for iPhone’ entering the model of the phone you’ve purchased. I am not impressed with the phone I felt persuaded into buying. I upgraded using the telephone service and I would not be using the system again as I feel I was given information that is not correct. I was given a run through of the specification and as far as I am concerned the phone does not work as though it should. Now I am stuck with this phone until my next upgrade is due.

For weeks Iv been thinking to take out a contract phone so I found myself getting one with e2save online I seen a deal that I really like so I applied for it within a few hours I got an email saying I had got the phone but the deal I wanted had changed in my email they had sent to what I had seen at the start I wanted the samsung Galaxy s4 mini and it came with a free iPad on my email they send it was samsung Galaxy with a free Togo smart phone so I was not happy so the two day My phone came to then only see that my free gift didn't not come with the phone so I tryed to call e2save but none of the number on the Internet work I'm so mad to why this is happend to me I will not be telling anyone about this site as its not what it makes out to be I only took out the phone contract as it was advertised with a free tablet but I never got it......??????!?????????

I was due for an upgrade and my initial dealings with carphone warehouse and the tele sale's operative was disappointing. He managed to completely get it wrong and I ended up with three lines on my account instead of my original two. He did not take the time to listen to the information I provided . Had he listened then I would not be out of pocket.

My contract upgrade needed to calls as one got disconnected. On the second call, the process went through under the assumption that I wanted a new contract and not an upgrade. The customer sales rep was very polite and corrected this and processed the order fairly quickly. However, I did not receive any order confirmation email from e2save. My order arrived promptly on time which was excellent. But I still do not have any email detailing my order or invoice, or redemption details.

I purchase a basic pay-as-you-go phone on behalf of a visitor and was kept in the dark about the progress of the order for 48 hours. The purchased talktime did not work for 72 hours at least, not 48 hours as described on the website. Would definitely go to a competitor next time.

Always wary of buying reconditioned phones. Recieved phone that didn't work, so it shows how good their QC department is. Sent back straight away and still waiting. Avoid at all costs.

The Iphone I received is faulty which has full storage and overheat easily and short battery. Not sort out by e2save yet. Low efficiency.

I was given the incorrect phone number for my new mobile. It took a long time to sort this out (long phone calls), the matter was resolved, but it was dealt with as though the error was mine and not either E2 save or Talk mobile's; and apology for the inconvenience and a credit of wasted minutes would have been thoughtful and would have been appreciated.
