Phone was received without a sim card when I called to query it I had to wait 20 minutes in a queue just to be told they can't help because it probably got lost in the post. So I've now got no phone until Vodafone send a new sim through because Vodafone have ported my number and e2save messed up.

If I could give zero stars I would. iD mobile lousy signal in my and places I visit, when I mentioned to the agent I wanted to terminate my agreement after 1 day of having the SIM her attitude turned very offish almost arrogant and very unhelpful towards the end of the call. I will never use e2 save again.
