“I looked around for reviews before buying from e2save and found many bad ones (as you do). The main issue was an unexpected insurance bill which people state they did not know anything about. I took a chance and felt it may be people whom do not read or look what they accept. The process was easy and the insurance part was straight forward (you click NO !). I spoke to someone on line to confirm the insurance a couple of days of getting the phone, I got straight through and they confirmed what I needed to know. Regarding the ordering process, it was simple, easy and good communications. I know every process my order was at and even found out the name of the person delivering the phone and a time. So far all is good and I would recommend e2save to anyone.”

“From the time of placing my order until i received my phone it only took 24 hours. The service was fully tracable and i was sent a text message detailing a delivery time period, this was very helpful and of course the delivery was within the time period detailed. This is the 4th time i have bought from e2save and each time the service has been perfect with a perfect deal.”

“Quite a painless experience actually. I saw controversial reviews about the site but decided to take a leap of faith irrespectively. Browsing was easy and once I ordered, just few minutes later I got an email saying order is processed and need to call them to follow up. The customer service was flawless!! Everything was done quickly and I was kept informed about everything every step of the way. 100% recommend!”
