“3-5 working days for a exchange as phone screen going green and flashing phone was doing this soon as I got it out the box and turned it on does it a few times then its fine then randomly does it again”

“Customer service good. Phone delivered fast. Price was most competitive. Only thing which let the service down was not being able to complete payment online. Tried multiple cards, all of which were working. Was a slow process having to relay that information over the phone, although couldn't have been any faster due to the amount of information to convey.”
