My experience was very good. There is nothing worse than a company that phones someone and constantly pushes them to buy etc. It was a simple 5 minutes phone call with no hassle or pressure. All in all I am very pleased with the service, friendliness and knowledge of the product from the adviser. Thanks again.

I received a call from e2save and was greeted back a very polite person who's name I am sorry to say have forgotten. He told me the as a valued customer I was being offered a good deal that I would be pleased enough to accept therefore renewing my contract. Due to this has knowledge and politeness and the fact that I got what I wanted, I renewed my contract. As of now, I am pleased with the phone choice and to date the service I am getting.

It has now been a week since the telephone conversation arranging the upgrade. 6 days since taking delivery of the phone. Despite 3 visits to the local store, the staff there being very helpful, and telephone calls to Vodafone the network contract has still not been transferred to new phone. It seems the system cannot recognise that this is an upgrade with same number. I will be going down to the store for a 4th time today. MOST UNSATISFACTORY. Following this post, I received a call from 'Grace'. I explained problem also that there appeared no contact number to contact E2save. Grace said she would contact Vodafone. I explained that today thus was especially a problem as I'd list contact with my partner in the earthquake zone so contact ability was essential. I have now had no service on either phone so nobody can call or text me. Still unsatisfactory

The phone arrived very promptly, the day after I agreed to take on the contract. I sorted the SIM out at a Carphone Warehouse on Saturday afternoon but had to pay to have my contacts transferred. And now the next Tuesday, I am still using my old phone as the new one still has not connected. Cool!!
