“I found the phone and contract that suited me quickly and easily. It was ordered in time for delivery the following day, and I was allowed to change delivery options "in-flight" which really helped. The phone (which is a refurbished item) arrived in plain packaging with minimal accessories (a charger was included), but this is fine as I am sticking with the same manufacturer so can swap the things between my old and new phones. Switch on, insert sim and go - what's not to like?”
