Purchasing process fairly straight forward. One hiccup was not receiving any confirmation emails as they went to .com As opposed to my .co.uk maybes a system error. Delivery was quick with dpd and tracking emails texts good to follow. Overall decent process for buying and setting up apart from the one mishap which meant my new O2 username was sent to another email address which was not mine

Very Fast Delivery. Amazing prices on Phones and contracts if you're prepared todo a tiny bit of work sometimes with redemption cashbacks. Unlimited minutes and texts etc for £10.90 with the latest Lumia 640 - what's not to like??

I am not impressed with the phone I felt persuaded into buying. I upgraded using the telephone service and I would not be using the system again as I feel I was given information that is not correct. I was given a run through of the specification and as far as I am concerned the phone does not work as though it should. Now I am stuck with this phone until my next upgrade is due.

Very quick and friendly service, I placed 2 orders on 2 separate days, I am happy to say they were both here within 48 hours of my order being placed. I received full updates on both orders the whole way though the process right up until an email and text to confirm my delivery time (which was very accurate). Amazing service will definitely use again and I've recommended to family and friends

You contacted me to offer me an updated contract and new mobile phone. You actually told me you were from EE, which was my current provider. At no time did you tell me that you were not EE. I had no reason not to accept your offer, thinking that you were my current provider. You then sent me a phone that had been out of service by EE for at least 7 months. Once I realised you were not EE and I did not wish to accept your offer and contract, I contacted you and sent the mobile back to you. I have now been without a working phone for 3 days and I have no idea what will happen next. I am going to report your service to Trading Standards as you are working fraudulently and you have left me in a great deal of mess to sort out.

Was a nightmare trying to get a hold of e2 save to enquire about my order.. Also was told £46 a month from e2 save and got a text from EE saying it was going to be £49.99

Very friendly staff but very poor service. I have been promised delivery for four days and still waiting. Will be cancelling order if the item doesn't arrive today.
