“Placed an online order and all went well, very easy. received a call that my choice of network/handset wasn't available so did I wasn't to change this, that was arranged, also very easily. delivery then became an issue as it wasn't delivered on the day I had chosen, the customer service agent suggested that I had selected "next day" and that a Saturday delivery would cost more. When trying to reply to this email, though, the address was undeliverable, tried 3 times and also as a direct email, rather than a reply. Good customer service job if customers can't reply, I wish my job was that easy! DPD have tried to deliver again today (Monday) still no-one at home and they would have known that If the email reply could have got through!”

“The offer was very good and delivery was super fast. The look and size of the phone is excellent. The apps from my old phone transferred easily, however, I am having trouble adding other apps through 'play store'. I down loaded a ringtone app and it took 15 mins to download, i then downloaded the Fitbit app and this was the same, this has never happened before, I have bt super fast fibre broadband . I hope you can help me with this. James Cowburgh”

“I love the phone but what i didn't like is that e2save don't includ the vat in the price of the phone until you purchased it at the end and the cash back isn't redeemed until your in the second year,all of this should have put at the beginning so you no what your getting into, I will say the phone I got is very impressive and e2save were quick to deal with my order.”
