“Very quick and smooth transaction. I was kept well informed of the progress of my order. Only problem I had was I couldn't complete the order process using my phone or tablet, it only worked when I logged onto my Pc. “The speed, efficiency with which my order was dealt with, was amazing. The people in your sales/customer service dept are all very polite and helpful (other companies could learn a few things from your staff!). Even though we have had to return the phone due to a fault, I still have no complaints, yet again even this has been dealt with quickly and efficiently.
