what a shower of robbing *********ers get a cold call they say its the most upto date thing when it arrives its Not and then no contact phone number to try and clarify ANYTHING ...recommend not to buy from them

Service given ok with one exception - Please ensure all future prospective customers are clearly made aware prior to purchase of upgrade that service provider, namely O2, disconnect your existing SIM card from network as new phone is dispatched with live new SIM card and bearing in mind delivery can take 3-5 days you are without a mobile phone for that period. I was not impressed. Tried to sort problem on live chat with both phone provider and network provider who each in turn blamed the other party.

Hello Angela, Thank you for your review. I tried to contact you today but you were unavailable. If the deal was an upgrade your number would always be retained and you wouldn’t be billed for 2 contracts however if you agreed to a new contract it’s the customers responsibility to cancel the previous deal to avoid any further charges. Excellent customer services, They rang back when said so. Very helpful and felt they would go the extra mile, which doesn't happen now in customer services!!! Would purchase from them again. Highly recommend. Thanks.

Asked for billing to be taken each month from credit card and the person I was talking to says she needed sort code so for this reason I will be retuning the phonealso it is quite difficult to open the phone to put battery in

Very good. Very pleased with phone. BUT DPD delivery company did not print the address label off displaying the full address. This meant the delivery driver did not follow the easy address & it ended up in a totally different part of the business. Luckily after walking 15 minutes to collect it I recovered my delivery. They had printed the delivery label off cutting off most of the details and they dd not use the provided phone number. Stay away from DPD

delivered my parcel to wrong address which meant someone else could have gone off with my phone. I rang e2save next day to ask where my delivery was which said it had been signed for and delivered which it had not been delivered to me. customer service was very poor i wait to speak to someone over 45 mins by which time i had to leave to go to work and my problem was still unsolved. due to these facts it is highly unlikely that i will be conduct business with this company and again, and was highly considering just cancelling the contract straight away. i had to solve the problem my self. not what i expect from and sub company of Carphone warehouse

Ordered my phone on Wednesday night and it was delivered this afternoon. I was kept informed about delivery every step of the way. Excellent service! Would definitely recommend e2save!
