“I ordered two phones at the same time but they were sent at different times and both with the same number which has caused a lot of problems because when i ported over the original numbers they both changed to one number ,now i have to get a new number”

“E2save had the best offer on iphone SE monthly contract phone and there was a discount on the small upfront payment. Purchase process on the website was straightforward and i received my phone a day earlier. I was able to track the delivery all the way to point of delivery. I did notice the basket had two phones because i had opened another browser screen to check another phone and it automatically put that phone in the basket - just to be aware.”

“Buying from E2Save could not have been easier. The order went through without a hitch, delivery was arranged (To my work place, so preventing me having to wait all day). The delivery service was top notch, emailing me the drivers name and the hour slot for delivery, then informing me when it had been delivered. The phone was the one I wanted at the price I wanted to pay (Well under all other retailers, trust me I ran all comparison sites and network providers). all in all I am more than pleased with the service”

“Great experience overall!!! A little bit doubtful to Be honest after looking at deals they had and even EE couldn't match or beat what they were offering even though I was with EE and was only an upgrade deal so I upgraded two contracts with them. Placed an order on Thursday afternoon at 4 pm Phones arrived the next day at 2 pm only downfall was that on Thursday night at 9 50 pm EE switched our old sim contracts off therefore couldn't ring/txt anyone till next morning. Had to buy a payg sim to use on Friday as need phone for work and had to send txt to all work colleagues apologising about mix up. Found out that this was ee fault as I had used a third party instead of them direct little bit bad customer service from EE behalf but never the less great overall experience and will definitely use again and recommend to all....”
