“Very quick next day delivery. No hassle and easy conversation with agent. Not sure but on my confirmation email mentioned a refurbished phone. It does not look used but this was not explained if it is the case. Hope this will not affect any problems I may have with the phone.”

“Very good. Very pleased with phone. BUT DPD delivery company did not print the address label off displaying the full address. This meant the delivery driver did not follow the easy address & it ended up in a totally different part of the business. Luckily after walking 15 minutes to collect it I recovered my delivery. They had printed the delivery label off cutting off most of the details and they dd not use the provided phone number. Stay away from DPD”

“So far I haven't had much time to play with my new phone..life is busy. However I totally love the colour that drew me 1st then I read review. And I agree the picture quality is alot better than s3 mini..my last phone. When I've devoured the s4 mini inside and out I shall endeavour to write another review. :D”

“Apparently E2save mid-sold me a new contract instead of upgrading me from my existing One. (according to O2). However I was more than happy with the Carphone Warehouse boys for helping me back up my data to the new phone. The new phone is great, I cannot complain as it was a good deal .”
