“Quick delivery regular updates but no information on when direct debit will be taken and what name it will show up on statments as i had payment taken 2 days before phone arrived of £36.59 when i thourght it was only £33 don't no if it charge for delivery as no letter or email about this”

“the service was very good but qeue time was unbeliveably long. secondly the staff could be trained a bit more and better in terms of rresolving matters and explaining issues. Finally, transferring customers from one department to the other even though the customers choose the option through the answer machine system to filter through and making clear choice about why they rang e 2 save for... other thant that its good.”

“Just had phone for few days. Upgraded from another lumia so similar to operate. Love the bigger screen and color makes it easy to find in bag. Light manageable and some brilliant features especially the "finger dragging text"? and extra emocions”

“The phone got to me on time and I'm happy about that, just thought that it was unfair that I marked the 'send to neighbour' box and whoever knocked on my door instead. So I had to pay an extra of & £10 for no fault of mine.”

“Being a "silver surfer" I would have liked some written instructions to get the full use out of my phone instead of trying to get answers online. The phone seems ok, the visuals are excellent but I still ndont know how to do most of the things on it.”

“Phone working ok the shop knew nothing about the section where you can slow the speech down once I found this and turn it off everybody was not having a Stroke or TIA is was realy bad. Battery needs charging once a week and thats with no wi fi on. takes good pictures will do till next up grade. net work not good as phone not working for a whole day due to me going in a black hole I have one near home so EE tell me only problem was phone went down while the other side of the thames. lol”
