“The last member of staff was excellent however before then I was constantly promised my phone would work n it didn't.i was even thinking of cancelling my contract and if it hadn't been for the last lady I spoke to I would have..all sorted now.thanku”

“The service provided by e2Save was easy to follow and the delivery was very prompt. Unfortunately the network provider, Vodafone, are not in the same league. I have had the new phone for 9 days and it is still not working. They claim to be able to port numbers in 24 hours - I think somebody needs to put the top back on the pot of glue.”
