Although the end result was good, I was initially sent a phone which was locked and faulty. Car phone warehouse shop staff were really quite unhelpful and dismissed any responsibility to help me because they said e2save is a separate company. E2save were very difficult to get through to by telephone or email. Eventually I received a replacement phone but in the meantime, another phone I also had ordered for my son arrived with no charger and a yellowish screen. This has now been rectified but in effect both phones which I ordered arrived faulty and getting help to rectify the problems was very difficult. Communication within carphone warehouse/e2sAve was poor and communication with the customer was poor too.

This is the second phone I have got off e2save I have found that they are quick,easy and reliable company and with very competitive prices.I have recommended e2save to all my family and friends and I would not hesitate to use e2save again I just wish all sites I use could be like this one.

The iphone 5s i got from you worked for a week, it then run out of charge and has not worked since. I phoned carphone warehouse and after a while they gave me your phone number. As i had a phone that did not work, i had to buy another phone as a result of this i want to cancel the contract from today. Many thanks John Lovell

Great service , great phone , very reasonable prices for contract , could not be more pleased , phone came bang on time with no fuss given a 1 hour time slot too so no waiting about. I would definatley recommend e2save.

My 71 year old disabled mother receives a call apparently from Carphone Warehouse advising that her contract is up offering an iPhone 5. My mother verbally accepts this with the phone being delivered to her. I explained to my mum that she already has an iPhone 5. She goes to the Carphone warehouse shop to cancel who state this is nothing to do with them but rather e2save. (The first time we have heard this company mentioned) The phone never arrives. Two calls follow to e2save I recorded both transcripts. The worst customer service I have ever encountered and a foremost expert in customer experience in the UK I have lots of experience. The first call was a waste of time with the operator refusing to put us through to a supervisor, the second call at least some progress. My mother requests to cancel, the operator states she can't cancel unless the phone is returned, we ask where the phone was sent to, apparently it was sent to a Carphone warehouse shop (against her wishes) some miles away from where my disabled mother lives. They are asking her to go to the Carphone warehouse shop to pick it up and send it back before they will cancel. Really!! A disabled partially blind pensioner who doesn't understand what's going on and why Carphone warehouse won't take responsibility. 1. E2Save misrepresented themselves on the sales call. I've requested the transcript via the information commissioners office. 2. The worst customer experience I have ever encountered. 3 Your customers are real people in the real world, start thinking outside in or people will vote with their feet and more and more reviews like this will make the business (Carphone Dixons e2save) untenable. Happy to send the transcripts to e2seeve leadership and to others to see how customers are treated. Abysmal!!!

First time I've took out a contract from a third party and was a bit shaky, but I just could not fault e2save. I would have gave a very good and a 10 if I had got the £5 cashbook that was advised on there home page the gimmi5 I put the code in and I did not get it but it may have only been on certain deals. To be honest I am being a bit picky well pleased with the phone ,service and the deal I got would highly recommend
