“phone came quickly, still waiting for a sim card been without the for 4 days and as soon as i cam off the phone my old sim was stopped. no way of phoning to complain and can not use 150 number. mind the new phone does make a nice gameboy!”

“sales girl i spoke to was fantastic couldnt have helped more,its the after sales team ordered an i phone 5s which was delivered promptly opened and went to insert sim card and found the sim card slot was faulty,contacted e save and was told to take it to my local carphone warehouse shop which i did and they said have to send it for repair which would cost me an extra £50 excess on insurrance,which as id never even used the phone was not prepared to pay so phoned e save and told them wanted to cancel contract and explained why as within 14 days and was told cant accept phone unless its in perfect condition wasnt bothered that phone was faulty and told me i cant cancel as phone was opened absolutely disgusting”

“I admit I was a little dubious when signing up to a new 2 year contract with E2save as I hadn't heard of them before and had always been with the same network provider. The great price was the main thing that attracted me and would of probably lowered my expectations in terms of what to expect from them - but I haven't had to. Everything has gone extremely smoothly and communication with them has been good. The phone arrived at astonishing rate (I don't know how you did that!) and although I expected 48 hours until it went live it was up and running that same day. This contract was for my mum, to try and bring her update with modern communications and I particularly like that I can set a cap on the amount of money she spends. I would recommend based on our experience.”

“Although I was due an upgrade, I didn't want to increase my monthly contract to get a super duper phone. E2save took cognisance of this and offered me a better phone for very little increase. I decided to take it because the battery in my old phone was running down quickly and this new phone has a great battery! The phone was delivered quickly and my number was ported within 24 hours - good service.”
