“My Blackberry arrived very quickly, but follow up service, although very polite and friendly a. gave me wrong advice regarding my PAC code b. Seemed to lose interest once I had bought the phone, so set up etc was a challenge. c. very keen to bill me for a month before I've had the phone/contract for a month! d. Customer service is non existent - they dont answer their phone, always sending you back to the web site that did not have an answer to my query! I'll reserve judgment until I've been with E2save for a few months - to date I'm not impressed”

“I received an unexpected phone call telling me I could have a new phone, it sounded like a good deal I could keep my old number, and as I was already an EE customer It should have been straightforward. My new phone a samsung galaxy arrived the next day as promised it is a great phone, or should I say it would be if I could actually use it. I have now been in receipt of this phone for 12 days and my number has still not been transferred accross to my new phone. My old phone a Nokia lumina lost service within 24 hours of the original phone call so why does it take so long to transfer it to the new phone. I spoke to someone last Thursday on the number on the delivery note they are apparently sorting it out but again it will take 5 days from that phone call.”

“I had thought from the caller it was Carphone Warehouse I was dealing with. The deal itself was fairly good but my old phone was cut off early and then the sim for the new phone when it came did not work. I was left without a working phone for 3 and half days. Had to go to an EE shop for a working sim. No follow up or back from E2save. I would not recommend buying from this company.”
