The initial service was good however my new phone was not due for 3 days and my current phone was instantly disconnected. Being self employed this created real problems for me. On contacting e2save re problem they were unable to help me and said it was an EE problem. Of course EE said it was an e2save problem so I was left to sort it out. This detracted from the initial good service.

Your phones may be returned to you as they don't work. EE keep pushing me off with different exsueses. I need my phone for my work ( no phone, no work ) as I have had no phone since Thursday I am loosing work. If this cannot be sorted today 15 th June you will get them back and I will go to Vodaphone.

Great communication with the person I spoke to and also have me a great deal. I got a brilliant bundle assel as a free gift, have not recived the gift as off yet but I am very happy with the items I have recived thank you so much

My SIM card was deactivated before my new phone arrived. This meant that I had no mobile for at least 48 hours which caused me a whole lot of inconveniences

Absolutely brilliant service, kept up today with my order status, easy to navigate through the web site and select the right phone and tariff, another fantastic thing was I able tho get the phone delivered to my work address and I was also kept up to date of a time it would be delivered and I could follow my delivery with live tracking, if only all my orders online were this simple and hassle free. You're a real credit to online shopping

Phone arrived really quickly. I paid extra for a specific time slot, although they still tried to deliver at a different time. Courier company sorted it out though. Hassle free nearly all the way, would definitely recommend.

To Whom it may concern, I am deeply unhappy with the service I have received from you. firstly the caller who called me identified himself from the Carphone Warehouse. You are not Carphone Warehouse and I would NOT have agreed to an update from yourselves as I have gone to the Carphone Warhouse for many years where I have received an excellent service. Secondly I was told that I would need to put my phone sim card into my new phone when I received it. My phone went out of use approximately 1 hour after I received a phone call from yourselves; I was then left without the use of my phone from Thursday 2nd June until today Saturday 4th June. I was on call from work on 3rd June without the use of my phone which caused quite a few problems for me in my place of work. Thirdly I was sent a handset which was faulty and had to contact EE technical services. I spent 2.5 hours of my Saturday going through different processes trying to get my new handset to work. It wouldn't work as it is faulty. I then went to the Carphone Warehouse where I was told this had nothing to do with them. They were extremely helpful and agreed that your caller should not have identified themselves as being from their Company. I am returning the handset to you and do not want a replacement from yourselves. The only contact I wish to have is confirmation of receipt of the handset and a written apology for the way I have been treated. This has truly been an appalling experience and I shall guarantee that I will never recommend you to anyone. Regards Julie Ranson

I called up the customer service because the website at that time was having some issue. I was amazed by the way the agent took the call forward as if having years of experience in the job - calm and with full control of the situation. Was very happy at the end that they completed everything that was required in a very short period of time and everything was delivered within the time-frames mentioned. Excellent.

Hi -bought an iPhone SE for my Daughter on Friday 3rd June at about 15.30 from E2save .After looking around my local mobile phone shops at lunchtime, who all said that Apple hadn't made enough SE's and couldn't get me one until the end of June at the earliest,we came home and looked online & found E2save's website. I spoke to a lovely lady who said she would call me back and proceeded to help me with my order,which all went smoothly. I received the phone by carrier Monday morning ( had time slot,so didn't have to stay in for it...) & my Daughters very happy with it as I am with the service.I will be using E2save again and have already told Family and friends how good and easy it is to buy from you.Keep up the good work and thanks again for all your help.
