Needed a cheap pay-as-you-go mobile and bundle as a 2nd phone for work. Order process and delivery were spot-on. I was even told by e-mail that it would arrive between 12 and 1 pm, and it was delivered at 12:30! Will definitely use again, and recommend to others.

I got a good deal on a refinished iPhone 5s. Dealing with customer services is fine they are very helpful. The reason for the poor review is that I have had 2 handsets in a row that have been faulty. I am currently waiting on te third. I have had no problem getting an exchange but it is frustrating when they claim they are extensively tested.

I have recently bought an Iphone 6 (refurbished phone) from E2save. It worked for one day and then would not work. It became dead fro 2 days and I phoned Customer Services on Saturday. They apologised and said it would be picked up on Monday and that I would get another one by Wednesday. It has still not been picked up even after calling them so many time and they telling me that it will be picked up today(Tuesday). I phoned at 5pm today and they said that it will be picked up tomorrow(Wednesday). I am without a phone and all my contacts are on my phone. I will not get a new phone by next week, they said. In the first place when E2save give out phones, are they not checked properly? I am not willing to pay a full month's tariff and am really mad at the way they have handled this thing.

I had chosen the phone I wanted as an upgrade on my O2 contract and was quoted a price that was much higher than expected and included a down payment as well. I conducted a search for a better deal and found this with e2save - no down payment and £6.50 a month cheaper despite still using the O2 network. I wasn't certain that I could purchase my phone through them as an upgrade on my existing contract, keeping the same number, so I called them and it was explained that I could and my order was processed straight away. It was simple and efficient and the phone arrived the next day as promised. Delighted with the service and cost saving so would definitely recommend.

Worst experience of my life! Phone wouldn't expect the sim swap so my first thought was the problem was with Vodafone as a didn't think for a minute it was the phone but Vodafone done checks and said i had been sent out a faulty phone 2 go 2 carphone warehouse as i was told i had 12 months warranty, carphone warehouse sent me 2 apple shop as they said i had 12 months warranty with apple, after 6 hours in 3 different shops with my 3 year old son i was 2 return the next day with proof of purchase before they could look at the phone which i didn't have as i got no paper work or receipt with the phone when it was delivered. Had 2 return to carphone warehouse the next day where they gave me receipt so i could prove 2 apple proof of purchase after another 4 hours it turned out the phone was faulty and they wanted £220 2 fix phone as there checks appeared no warranty on phone. After 2 days of hell i have returned the phone 2 e2save and still waiting on situation getting resolved and cant get a new contract or phone until this happens. I will never upgrade my phone over a phone again and will only ever do this through a phone shop in the future, the whole experience was very stressful and still is at the moment. Hopefully it will be resolved soon as i am close 2 tears and very frustrated even trying 2 contact e2save customers service team, waited an hour on hold just trying 2 speak with someone about they whole situation.

I had reservations with buying a refurbished iPhone but when my phone arrived it was in excellent condition. Yes it doesn't come in the original box and there are no headphones, but it was an as new iPhone. No marks, no scratches, perfect condition! I would happily recommend e2save to friends and family!
