Oddly, we ordered two at the same time but my wife's didn't arrive until the day after; maybe she missed the cut-off for the day because she spoke to the lady we dealt with after I had but nonetheless, she was still surprised at how quick it was.”

“Placed order for hTC10 and was delivered on time as promised. The handset is a brand new packed piece so as expected again. All Good. Happy with order placement related service. Contacting E2Save is however a nightmare! Now after becoming a customer I wanted to setup my account and the account for some reason got locked. There is no one to pickup and answer phone at customer service (?) even after 15 min. Under Help > Touch base section there are supposed to be two links "Drop us a line" and "Drop us an email" and there isn't any!”

“Fraud fraud Fraud Beaware E2save are fraud company.ordered paysgo o2 sim with the phone but never received promised airtime.try ro speak to them first they ask me to speak to o2 but o2 got nothing to do with e2save then they ask me to go to carphone warehouse with a lead number but they got nothing to do with this fraud company know i just want my money back and i can go as far as i can”
