“E2Save phoned me on behalf of carphone warehouse as my current contract was due to expire. A lovely girl spoke to me on the phone and advised the best deal for the phone I wanted (iphone 7 plus 128gb) and contract provider (EE) was £44 a month and £319 for the phone with 2gb internet, 1000 mins and unlimited texts. 1 day prior to shipping I look on the E2Save website and see the same phone (iphone 7 plus 128gb) with EE for a better price of £289 and a better contract 5gb internet unlimited mins and texts for £35 a month.. so I phone and ask if I can have the better contract and phone price, they say I have to cancel and re order which is a lengthy process but as the saving is great I do it, near 1 hour on hold to customer services. When the phone is delivered the next day it is the wrong handset (Iphone 7 instead of Iphone 7 Plus). So I then have to send the phone back and I am still waiting for my new phone when I was meant to receive it on release date. I am not happy at all with the service and wouldn't recommend E 2 Save to anyone.”
