“The overall experience was good, however, I was unable to enter the code to receive £10 discount at the point of sale and emailed to query how & I have not received a reply to my query. There should have been a box to enter the code I was tempted to cancel the order & reorder and was looking for advise. They order & delivery was quick & efficient otherwise.”

“Very quick service. Got my phone next day. Experience slightly spoiled by false advertisement however. It was said £30 for the phone. Then it said £50, but £30 with a special code. Next screen suggested that the code will be added at the checkout automatically. It wasn't... I still paid £50. If anyone from the company is reading, I'd love my £20 back”

“The initial service was good however my new phone was not due for 3 days and my current phone was instantly disconnected. Being self employed this created real problems for me. On contacting e2save re problem they were unable to help me and said it was an EE problem. Of course EE said it was an e2save problem so I was left to sort it out. This detracted from the initial good service.”
