after nearly a week had to telephone up only to find out the gift with the mobile wasn't even ordered and still no emails or messages to say its being delivered will give it 10 days then send contract phone back as agreement as been broke

Excellent communication. Unfortunately when the order was placed the iPhone that I had ordered was not in stock - that wasn't clear when I ordered it. However they sent very regular emails updating me as to the position and it was received about a week after I had originally anticipated.

Dreadful. Was advised by a sneaky customer service assistant Stephen Cooper that the deal I was being offered was a newer handset for £33/34 per month which sounded good as that was what I was paying. It turns out that this was lies as I was set up on a Tariff costing £38 per month. I'll be leaving Carphone warehouse.

Offered me a deal with a contract,then trying to lie the way out of it when i have all the proof via emails and my personal account within this company,has alot of negative comments and people complaining about there service and standards of work NOT TO BE TRUSTED AT ALL . If any one has complaints dont waste your time complaining to these people as they are very rude,go to watchdog,trading standards and offcom straight away. Lets get this company closed down due to the way they trade as this cant be legal. Thats what i have done,Shop around on the internet read reviews on companys then make a decision who to trust and do business with. LETS STOP INNOCENT PEOPLE GETTING RIPPED OFF BY e2save mobiles

Despite having a nice new phone I cannot use it I have tried without any success to contact you but have not had any success please can you contact me by phone to sort this problem out I have even sent you an email but have had no reply I tried ringing you but the number is constantly engaged please please please contact me regarding this matter all I want is for the sim card to be activated Yours truly Myra Gardner

Hello Myra, Thank you for your review and for accepting my call earlier. I’m sorry for the problems contacting us we have been experiencing a high volume of calls leading up to the Christmas period. With regards to your simcard, with many upgrades the customers deal is retained on the original simcard. If this doesn’t fit your phone you can call the network and request a sim swap in order to transfer your deal over. Kind regards, Chris, E2save.com support team

Second phone purchased from e2save, again price could not be beaten elsewhere. Service also continues to impress, ordered late Thursday, promised delivery the following Monday BUT delivered early on Saturday! Delivery partners communicated fully and delivered down to the minute. This when other online retailers were reporting delays.

i ordered the galaxy shine on the friday, and it was delivered on the sunday! i was kept informed thru every step till delivery, im very happy with this, it went quickly and smoothly, the phone itself is great, i love how you can change the size of the font, as i dont see that well, and it saves me keep reaching for my glasses! the phone is easy to use, and does everything it says on the tin, one very happy customer, thank you x
