“I have to admit I was nervous going off track (not going through my network provider) but these guys smashed it, great service, great product, great price. I think had to be best delivery service ever, they keep you informed every step of the way. I WILL purchasing a second Samsung S5 for the wife, thank you.”

“I was pleasantly surprised with the efficiency and quality of their customer service and ease to make and process an order with swift delivery compared to my experience with their sister site mobiles.co.uk, delayed order process, delayed customer contact and incorrect information resulting in a second phone being delivered that i was lead to believe was declined and cancelled. i would definitely recommend E2save”

“Phone appears ok but it would be nice to be able to use it. Was told my new sim would be activated up to 48hrs of the phone being delivered. 4 days down the line still not activated!”

Your upgrade has a delay set on the new SIM card being activated, this is too allow you time to transfer contacts from your old handset onto your new handset. “Terrible, the man I felt with wasn't helpful at all and then he got all my order wrong so had to send it back and cos I needed it ASAP they couldn't do it cos they had to wait for the telephone recordings to come back and 4 working days later they still wasn't back!!!”

“Excellent service. The phone arrived between the hours of 10.15am and 11.15am on the Saturday - 10.20am to be precise. The only down side was that I had to go to the 02 shop to activate the SIM card.”
