I was informed that help would be available when I picked up phone to transfer my data and to explain basic functions - this was not the case unless I was willing to pay £15 - not happy about this

I have had a lot of trouble with this upgrade. initially I was spoken to by a young man who offered me by far the worst deal, I then got a call from someone else who gave me a better deal and told me to phone customer support to tell them that the only order I wanted processing was the deal she had put through. I had explained I would be on holiday (out of the country) when the upgrade was to take place and that I wouldn't be back until 1st Dec. She said that was fine, subsequently when I phoned customer support I was advised to cancel all orders so that I would have the use of my phone throughout my holiday and to phone when I got back to process a new order. So I did........whilst on holiday I got a message on 28 nov saying that my new phone was being delivered the following day, a phone I wasn't expecting as as far as I was concerned all orders had been cancelled. I t was delivered to a diff address as I was still away. upon receipt of the phone it was faulty, I accepted the order as it was the phone I wanted but then spent 40 mins on hold to customer services to register it as faulty and to say that if it was sent back I needed a sim adapter as my new sim will not fit in my old phone. I was told to go to my local carphone warehouse where they would give me one for free only to do this and be told no they wouldn't and I shouldn't have been told this. As you can imagine I am far from happy with this service and will not be upgrading through yourselves again. kind regards clare streets

After looking into this it looks like your order was duplicated in error and the advisor you spoke to did cancel your original order but duplicate wasn’t cancelled. Purchase and delivery of new mobile phone went smoothly and stress-free. Courier delivery was efficient as i was kept informed of the progress and was give time slot of the delivery which is very helpful. Lets hope the cash redemption process goes smoothly, at the time of writing this feedback i have not experienced this yet.

Had a phone delivered that I had asked to be cancelled 3 days earlier, a 52 minute wait to speak to someone in customer service (which I still haven't managed to do). No one willing to tell me how this company got my details! I was told the call was from car phone warehouse & now they seem to not have anything to do with E2Save & then to top it off had to pay over £7.00 to send back an item I didn't even want back!! To say I am annoyed is an understatement! Lets hope you get the return but right so you don't hold up my upgrade with O2 for much longer!

Don't make the same mistake as me, and order from these clowns!!! First, I placed the order on line and then got a text to call a 0871 number. Called it and was on hold for over 32 minutes @ 10p per minute. When it was finally answered, the agent could not find the order for the first few minutes. Then said it was ok nothing was required. Then DPD came to deliver, I changed to 'driver to neighbour'. They delivered to an address over 124 miles from me!! Then I called e2save, was on for 21 mins, 35 mins and 33 mins but no answer!! then did voice chat, said I would have to call... tried several times, no answer. Waste of time. Revoking payments from bank instead.

Ordered a phone as a birthday gift for delivery a week before the required date. Phone did not arrive. I did get an email to say there was a delay because of an unspecified issue. I attempted to email back to ask if the issue was the particular colour and if so I was prepared to accept a different colour. However that message ( and several others came back undeliverable). I have been unable to determine when the phone is available, but my account has been debited and I have been asked to evaluate the product. It is now 2 days after the birthday in question and I had to go and buy another gift. I have asked to cancel the person's existing contract and I am left with no details from this Company. It really is bad service and having this much trouble before the contract even begins does not bode well . I wish I bad read the reviews of this company before I placed the order and provided the PAC code to them.

Reese was very helpful and friendly. He clearly explained what I would be getting in my new contract with EE and helped me decide which phone to upgrade to. I'm very happy with the service from EE and informed my friends via Facebook about it.

i was told by the salesman my phone would be delivered on Friday so missed my work at a cost of £45 waited in all day no delivery thought it would come Saturday didn't turn up so I am out of pocket with short wages and paying for a phone and tariff without the product pretty annoyed at the poor customer service
