Everything OK with phone, ordering and time scales. Delivery packaging left phone rattling about with charger. Luckily no damage. This was a refurb in replacement white box.

Hi im pleased by the staff they were helpful when called. But you website need some work. For example when i ordered a phone with console deal there was no indication that the console was going to come after the phone, many companies do the delivery of the console next day but farewell you should at least make you order interface to show that the console is not shipped because i was left with other view when it said order shipped and on the page there was not indication that is only the phone and also it was all the info of the order including console .

I chose e2 save because they had the cheapest price for the Sony Z3 compact. I ordered the phone online and received regular updates regarding the delivery of the item. I would recommend using e2 save.

Great price for the phone I bought, fuss-free payment and excellent delivery options- I was given the option to pick up my phone from the depot, saving a day off work !! Would gladly shop here again.

I recentlyordered a phone through this company. They were very fast and reliable and provided good service. The only thing I would say is to confirm your deltas they take 1p from your account and say they will send it straight back to your account. This didn't happen when I checked my statement! Good way of getting money for customers...please,return mine and maybe thousands of other you have collected!

Fabulous phone and xbox, everything arrived when it should all in good order, it's a shame I wasn't told that my free gift wouldn't be dispatched until 7 days later, nit that it mattered it's just that I had to chase it, otherwise I would og given you 5 stars, Thankyou for everything

Website easy to understand and placing the order was easy. Only thing I would have like to access more detail on was the chosen providers terms! However service was clear and tracking of order easy! Also liked the way kept informed by both text and e mail and on day hour time slot allocated. Having shopped around defiantly got best deal with your company

Hi I ordered a phone and free gift iv only got 2 of the gifts I'm still owed a apple TV boxs I'm think of ending my deal coz I'm paying £53.50 a month iv range them and still not go what I'm paying for and thay say that it takes two days after the phone is dropped off I had time off work to wate for it and it taken them 7 days

I ordered 3phones and nothing came because they have a policy only 2phones for a costumer in 3 month and than I get the hole time cancelation messages They should send me at least 2 so me and my wife should can have a spare phone

I received my handset only 4 days later than expected. I was told my free gift would arrive 2 working days later. That was 18 November it is now the 1 December and I still haven't received it. I have been communicating with Customer Services both by phone and email. I have been 'guaranteed' on 3 occasions it would arrive the next day bit to no avail. I was told on the phone and even have emails from them telling me it would arrive on specific dates but no. The last time i spoke to customer services they said they had checked with the relevant department and that the gift had been despatched to the couriers. I called the couriers and they have no record of any delivery for me. They told me E2save would have a consignment number if that had been the case but E2save say they dont know what a consignment number is they only have an order number which is a complete lie.
