“This is a joke!!! They conned me into a contract for me in my sisters name then when your try and contact them to return the phone there is no contact number!! This is getting investigated with finical obudsman.”

“Very satisfied with overall service regarding ease of ordering and very prompt delivery. One big disapointment however is the lack of a comprhensive user manual especially as I am of the age who are not particular gadget orientated. All I got was a little leaflet on how to put in the sim card and battery. I looked on the internet but do not feel that I want to print off 120 pages. I really feel that this information should be sent with the phone and therefor feel badly let down.”

“I received a call just before my upgrade and I knew what I wanted as I had done my research. I explained to the Advisor what I was already being offered and he found me a better deal. Instead of paying £100 extra for my phone he managed to give it to me for free! I asked him to call me back at a later time as my battery was low and as promised he called back at the time I recommended. The phone arrived on time, I was able to track it accurately and the whole experience was very positive! I would like to thank my Advisor Luke for being very professional, helpful and knowledgeable!”

“The Sales person knew the product well and understood my needs and the deal was completed quite quickly, received the mobile next day which was very impressive. The only suggestion I have is make your cashback much simpler as quite often I have issue where the new PAK number is not noted in your system even after advising E2 save as I have other contracts with you to. Bills sent via account are rejected for no reasons... Thanks S.Karia”

“Have always bought my mobiles through e2save or carphonewarehouse as they are so good to deal with. They do noy try to slip out of their offers, always are helpful if any problems. A delight to deal with and great offers. When you find a company that treats you this way, why change?”

“I have ordered phone contacts from e2save many times before. However I had a lot of bother with my order this time, so I down graded their score. Tried to order online via google chrome browser, but this stopped several times after I had entered banking details. Even the online chat person couldn't help. So I ordered online through Explorer. I ordered 2 phone deals to replace my existing contracts (due to expire). I received an email confirmation. To my surprise, I then received an email declining due to a credit check! Now I assumed there would be no phone. To my surprise an email said the order was arriving! Confusing? Then one of my ordered phones arrived! Not the easiest order!”

“My order never came and was on the phone to your different departments over 8 times, but just got put through to different departments. One phone call lasted for over an hour. and now I can't get a phone from vodaphone because of your mistake”

“I was initially sceptical about E2Save after reading some poor reviews on the web. I have to say however that the service I received and my phone upgrade were spot on. Got a great deal and contract on a Samsung S5, very straightforward and delivered the next day without any issues. I would definitely recommend”
