I'm absolutely discussed and angry about your apparent service. We arranged for my phone to come on the Friday. I waited in all day and it never showed up. I rang in the evening to see where it was to be told it was coming on the Monday!!!!!!! Discusting!! I waited in allllllll day for nothing!!! Not only that 02 turned off my 3G because I should of been on 4g on my new phone ( the new phone that I had not received.) so I had to ring O2 to get my internet back on. Also... I rang your ridiculously priced phone line and was on hold for 20minutes before I even got to speak to anyone!!! I'm very angry and annoyed and will NEVER use e2save again. I work 2 jobs and care for my mum aswell and I'm sure you can appreciate how busy I am therefore I don't have time to arrange a full day to wait in for a phone that doesn't turn up!!!! Very poor and badly manage service here despatched the Fone without carrying credit checks apparently which was there error and then expected me to return the phone because they messed up and the network wouldn't connect the line and then expected me to place another order with them I think not give these guys a wide miss

No help with getting connected - on hindsight it would have been easier to purchase from a phone shop and connection would have been immediate. Like the phone so far now that I am connected - could do with some instructions as am having to ask others how to do different tasks.

Having been pleased with my last e2save contract which has just expired, I look at many other mobile phone suppliers and e2save came up with the best deal by far; an immaculate refurbished iPhone 6+ on the best contract terms. The adviser was helpful, going through the various deals available, and everything was sorted out in a few minutes. The phone arrived the following day as promised. No doubt we'll talk again in two years time!

Excellent service, very helpful staff and the next day delivery was great. The ability to track your parcel was fantastic as I changed my lunch break at work and got home for the delivery.

I bought monthly contract from e2save but unfortunately I reveived faulty mobile and while complaining I received very polite customer services that replacement would be sent. But again received faulty mobile. Simply wasting of time and money. I will never ever do business again with e2save

Hello Zia, Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear the two handsets that you received were both faulty. This is unacceptable and should not have happened. An investigation will be made with the warehouse to ensure out refurbished handsets are quality checked before being dispatched to customers. Received the phone within 1 day of order placed. But the device pack secure seal was broken and the device pack was also teared down. They advertised the device as a brand new with EE contract. But they have definitely sent either a refurbished or grade 2 phone. I couldn't believe they did this and I had to return the device and cancel the contract.

Hello Ravikiran, Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear the handset you received was opened. I can assure you the handset was brand new and not refurbished. The seal was opened as the warehouse performs spot checks of around 25% of the handset. This is done to ensure all the items are in the box when received from the manufacturer. The Blackberry Classic was delivered very quickly and communication with the carrier was very good, keeping me informed several times as to the estimated delivery time which was met spot on. I had to buy the phone on line without having it seen first and discuss the functions with a fully trained sales person. I had bought the phone because it comes with an )2 contract. However, a guru in the shop who transferred my contacts over to the new phone told me that I had not a contract with them. O2 had been subcontracted to carry the traffic. Consequently I will loose locally available support by a real person rather than to have to rely on FAQ's and forums. Secondly, I had not been able to install my ntlword email address. The phone only provides preset fields for Google mail, Hotmail. The Guru could not help and referred me to the Virgin shop next. They could not help either. I rung Virgin and they gave me incorrect information over the phone. On the fourth day since having my phone I am still without my vital ntlworld email account. I am thinking of returning the phone. I had no such problem on the Blackberry Curve phone and naturally assumed that facilities would be the same if not better.

Excellent service. Really happy that they're using DPD for their deliveries which allows you to check online exactly where your driver currently is and their expected time of arrival - definitely beats having to stay in for the entire day. Phone I received is also unlocked for other networks. A+

We have been using E2Save for several years to provide our mobile phones at cheap rates via cash back claim options and have never had any problems with any part of their service.
