Up to now although I've never heard of E2Save before the service has been excellent! I got the deal I wanted and they have delivered on what they have promised up to now. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends and colleagues.

Ordered an iphone6 recieved the next day only for it to be locked to another network!! Sent the iPhone back and asked for a replacement, still havnt received the replacement, rubbish!! Been without a mobile for 6 days, my livelihood is mobile dependant and I've lost business due to this, would not recommend to anyone stay clear.

Couldn't believe the savings when had a quote for my note 4 contract. The delivery people text me twice about delivery and it came within the time slot. I registered my new sim online with Vodafone who wouldn't do it over the phone as they said they didn't supply the sim. She said she would send me a Vodafone sim if it didn't work online.It did and it was all active within two hours. I love the phone and couldn't really afford it direct from Vodafone even though I'm still with them. Really pleased with every aspect of my purchase. Everything went as I was told it would by the sales person who was lovely. I rang you to get online and check my tariff on my account with e2 save before I opened my phone and all was perfect. My Mifi worked straight away too which i was told would by your sales person . I was worried about that but i kept the same number and it works great. Many thanks for introducing yourselves to me as I had only heard of Carphone Warehouse and not yourselves even though they told me after that you are their sister company. I will recommend you to everyone I know and am thoroughly pleased with my savings. Thanks for everything.

Excellent to have the online live chat help with speedy replies. I had 3 addresses in the last 3 years and the web form was only able to accommodate 2 addresses. This caused me to have to spend time on the phone the next day which was an inconvenience. Could this be amended?

I am totally dissapointed with this phone I dont like it at all Its tinny it does nothing its cheap and tacky I wish I had never ordered it It was said to be an upgrade and its terrible I hate it (Nokia 220)

I can see that you have already discussed this with a customer service advisor who has explained that sometimes our warehouse break the seal in order to batch check an item. This is to ensure the manufacturer has sent all the relevant items. This does not affect your rights in terms of return or exchange and I assure you the handset will not have been tampered with. I initially bought a Sony Xperia M2, was not happy with the purchase and all i asked for is to exchange it for Iphone, got so many different explainations as to why i could not swap for iphone 6 but could swap for another phone apart from iphone. Had to settle for Sony xperia Z3 compact as they could not swap it for iphone 6. It's disappointing as i am now stuck with Sony Xperia Z3 compact phone for 24 months!!

There is no vendor or retailer who is able to exchange from a non-iPhone to an iPhone and vice versa. Given that you can choose a date for delivery, I got a text to say it would be delivered Monday?,I actually booked Thursday. Why give people the choice?.Other than that,the phone was delivered Thursday after re booking it.

I Thought the ease of ordering my new Nokia Lumina 735 phone and it's pretty precise ordering schedule, that I could track, were a real positive. I am thus far happy with the phone and the tariff offered and all achieved in the comfort of my own home. My first impression is very positive to the service provided and the very prompt and precise delivery.
