The Service is great , was not sure about ordering on line but it was very straight forward easy to order simple to follow start to finish, will use again when I need to. already told family members about the web site, excellent .

Fast delivery. Good website. Need to be careful about any cash back offer as the payment is late (up to 8 weeks once claim is submitted and accepted by the company). It is far too long to make payment to customer by any company standard.

After attempting to contact EE several times regarding something on their website and not being called back by a member of staff, I then had the pleasure of communicating with both Lucy & Mandy, who were incredibly helpful and sorted everything out. Would have been top marks had I got through to them originally.

Had to send phone back as the screen was chipped and aluminium casing was dented. Waiting for replacement. Had to send the mobile via royal mail for £8 insured.

As per our conversation, sending the handset back to us via Royal mail special delivery if you are not available for a collection under an exchange is necessary. Great features, and not just for the price. Fits in my bag unlike many larger phones. Selfie camera not quite as good as normal camera but better in low light than my previous Samsung selfie cam. Gorilla glass finish is indeed very robust but also super slippy - it likes to leap off apparantly flat surfaces so you may need a case just to provide some grip. I bought the green which is actually a kind of pale turquoise. Signal strength is very good (same network but better reception). Battery lasts well, getting a full day (although not watching tv or downloading much). Audio good. Other reviews of this phone suggest that the interface is not intuitive - can't say that I noticed any problems plus it nicely transferred over most of my previous android apps with zero input from me. Very pleased with this purchase and can't understand why it isn't a more popular phone.

Ordered a new G3online with assistance of friendly chat room staff. I clicked on my preferred delivery date which was 7 days afterwards but the phone arrived the next day therefore costing me a weeks overlap on new and old contracts.

ordered the galaxy S4 mini, arrived promptly. Very pleased with it does all I want from a phone, has a good camera with zoom ( think its 4x) easy to use admittedly I'm a basic user, text, phone, check emails and facebook and wanted a decent camera for snaps. I have also downloaded a few games

From the moment of contact, the e2save rep was very personable and very knowledgable with plenty of patience. My new contract was set up virtually immediately and my new phone arrived within a day or two. This was a hassle free upgrade process. Would definitely recommend e2save.

good deals but very poor and expensive communication from e2save. Selected the insurance but when needed they said it doesnt exist, clearly there on the email I received after ordering, yet denied by e2save and phone care when I thought I had lost phone, luckily I did not need it. Disappointed Shows how these big companies operate, under different names and always give wrong misleading information. Speciality is taking money not offering service.

did an upgrade but s2save thought it was better to put me on new contract I did not ask for or know about until I got a bill in from orange saying I was 78.00 in debt . and trying to get an answer prob find it easier to get in to c queen or pope . avoid

This is a scam. I have refused to accept the parcel,have tried to contact e2 to no avail. Today,27 Jan.2015 I am still awaiting confirmation I have rejected delivery of the mobile using the only ref. no.given78644488. Item was despatched to me at 8 Swans Ghyll, Priory Road,Forest Row .RH 185PA. Please confirm cancellation and inform EE Orange that the mobile order is cancelled and you have receipt of it. I was sent the wrong phone. A member of staff phoned me as I was going into a Doctor's appointment and I asked him to phone me back. No one has - and that was 3 days ago! Dreadful service!!!!!!
