Really impressed. Ordered the phone Sunday afternoon and it arrived Monday morning! The price was excellent too - even though it was an EE contract they would have charged £10 more per month for the contract and £50 for the handset which we got free! I never usually bother to review anything but I think these guys deserve the mention.

You operate a service that appears to be CPW but are actually e2save.com.I was sent a new 'phone with an inactive SIM that took me 5 days to activate with O2.When I called CPW customer services they re-directed me to e2save,washing their hands of the issue and saying it down to you.Your customer services gave me no useful advice and I ended up having to go to an O2 shop to get the phone sorted. I never want to deal with any Dixon CPW store or associated company again,I dislike one firm hiding behind the other and fobbing off the customers.

I believe this is why you were referred to us when you contacted Carphone Warehouse as the location of the branch that processed your order would match with our location. I do apologise if the sales advisor didn’t explain to you clearly why your new sim remains inactive for around 5 days. This is to allow time for the parcel to arrive as if the new sim activates early you’d be left without connection on your original sim. I did not appreciate the delay experienced between my old phone going out of service and my new phone being in service. I had colleagues trying to get hold of me for urgent advice. Fortunately our secretary was able to give them my land line

After one week still waiting for the contact to arrange exchange faulty item. Houndreds emails with an ask about my details and nothing else , nothing more. Still waiting.

We were either mis-sold an upgrade or were sent the wrong handset and they didn't want to admit to the mistake. On contacting the customer services I was then given more misinformation. On trying the live chat system on the website I got the correct information and was promised I would receive a callback the next day. That was 4 days ago and I am still waiting. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

In order to resolve this I recommend you contact Virgin directly on 0345 6000 789 and request a replacement sim. Soon as this has been received you can request a sim swap with Virgin network. I ordered a new phone from E2Save on Sunday at 17.00 It was delivered on the Tuesday and made 'live' with the same number on the Wednesday. First class customer service, first class product, competitive price plan, first class communication from delivery courier. Absolutely nothing could have been done bettewr to improve my buying experience. Thanks E2Save.
